Chris Moneymaker, people may get startled to hear that Moneymaker is Chri’s real surname. His friends call him “Money” and the crowd applauds him by saying “go money” while he is playing poker. Chris has literally become a professional poker player overnight.
Chri’s moneymaker was an underdog accountant who tested his luck with $40 in an online poker tournament that was conducted by poker stars. Chris has won more than $2.5 million in that particular poker tournament. People say that Chris mostly depends on luck but he is slowly proving them wrong with this illustrious performance. The victory in an online poker tournament gave him an entry into World Series of poker (WSOP). WSOP 2003 was the first title won by Chri’s. He is among the top poker professionals for the year 2003.
